Say Vivek. Every face in Tamilnadu would go up in smiles. He has been a popular comedian who entertained us and made us laugh for over two decades.
The comedian, who conveys strong social message through his movies, is all set to play a baddie in one of his forthcoming movies.
Buzz is that Vivek might do a psycho-killer in the movie to be directed by newcomer Anbuchezhian for Anbu Movies. Mithun, who acted alongside Vivek in ‘Magane En Marumagane’, will be the protagonist.
Sources in the unit say Vivek will be there in a totally different get-up. He would not appear as a cliched villain. Rather would sport a different look for the film. There is enough twists and thrills in the film.
Comedians playing character roles or villanous roles in not new as in the past the likes of V K Ramaswamy, MR Radha, Nagesh and Thengai Srinivasan have done that well.
